We slowly roast select pecan halves and lightly dust them with finely-milled salt while still piping hot. Delightful! 5 lbs box

I always ordered the 5 lb box of roasted pecans and give out as gifts. Everyone loves them. This year I ordered a bag of pecan pieces for some baking and were really disappointed with them.. They looked dark and tasted old. 5 star for roasted but 1 star for the pieces
