We strive to return all calls and emails within one business day. Our warehouse ships orders Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. Most orders ship within one business day. Order StatusWhen your order is received, we will send an Order Confirmation Email with a summary of the order. Then when the order is shipped out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing its UPS Tracking Number.
If your order includes multiple recipients, you will receive a separate email for each recipient. Typically all packages will ship out on the same day, but in certain cases some packages may go out on one day and others go out on the following day. We do our best to avoid this but it sometimes happens due to product availability and production schedules.
