November-December: Monday-Friday from 8am-7pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9am-6pm.

We strive to return all calls and emails within one business day. Our warehouse ships orders Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. Most orders ship within one business day. FAQs



Order Status

When your order is received, we will send an Order Confirmation Email with a summary of the order. Then when the order is shipped out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing its UPS Tracking Number.

If your order includes multiple recipients, you will receive a separate email for each recipient. Typically all packages will ship out on the same day, but in certain cases some packages may go out on one day and others go out on the following day. We do our best to avoid this but it sometimes happens due to product availability and production schedules.

Large Orders:

If you have a long list of gift recipients, you can email us your order.We accept orders in any format but recommend that you use our Corporate Gift Form, can be downloaded by clicking here.

Catalog Mailings:

We mail out catalogs to our existing customers each November. If you would like to be removed from that list, just email us at customerservice@youngspremiumfoods.com
