I can truthfully say that I've yet to work with a company that does such a diligent job of service! Not only does the pecan gifts get over the top raving reviews for deliciousness, the staff is exemplary. I've been ordering for several years and I would give this company a zillion stars if it were an option.

It was difficult to understand the flavors in the tins. As a gift , recipients did not know what they were eating. As a long time customer, the honey crisp tasted a bit off and were not flavorful. This batch tasted old and appeared to be clustered. Perhaps it was a less than quality batch. I'm still a Young's Pecan fan.

The nuts are fantastic. Your website needs to be updated, because it is very clumsy to use. Also, this year was the first where shipping was delayed from my requested date. The people on my list are generally traveling at Christmas, so I send my gifts early. The shipping delay caused some deliveries to be made after my relatives had left their homes. That was not a good situation.

A neighbor gave us a can of these 4 favorites a couple of years ago and we really did enjoy them, so I sent some to family members this year. I am sure they will all wish I had sent a larger size !! Good job, Young's (my maiden name, by the by).

We received the sample box and were very impressed with the quality and how it was displayed and most of all the different flavors . You have a very Good product and it was so good I immediately placed an order to send to some friends of Ours . After they received theirs they called and expressed how Happy they were with it. All in all I would say just keep doing what you are doing because you have it right ,
