I've lived in South Carolina all my life but was not aware of Young's Plantation products. Was introduced to them about 3 years ago as a gift for my cousin. The very BEST pecans I have ever eaten!!! I recently received the Seventh Heaven Sampler as a late Christmas gift. Needless to say it was gone in less than a week! Shame on me but I didn't share with anyone, lol :)

I ordered two cans of pecans for Christmas gifts. When I did not receive them in a timely manner, I called customer service. Their records indicated they had been delivered. I have a ring doorbell and reviewed the footage and they were never put on our porch. I called customer service and they sent out a replacement the next day. The support staff were extremely friendly and I was very satisfied with her action.

Throughout the years, when dealing with customer service, they have always been friendly, professional and always had our best interest at heart. We kept checking back and in short order you were restocked. From that point on everything was PREMIUM. Ordering was easy, the shipment came quickly and was in perfect order. We received a 2 lb sampler tin as an early Christmas Gift from relatives, but the pecans were so delicious they were gone well before the Big Day. I went to the Young's website and ordered the same product, with a specific ship date. When the time for shipping came, I received notification via email that the shipment was on its way exactly when I expected it to be. A few days later the tin was in my family's eager hands, and those pecans were just as fresh and delicious as the gifted tin of pecans--I say "were" because guess what? They too didn't make it to Christmas Day! Young's has become a new favorite and I definitely will order their products again for special occasions either as gifts for others or maybe for myself!

My grandfather bought from You gs back in the 60's. I remember the large tin cans of pecans that had to be shelled for fruitcakes, cookies and such. My mother has ordered from Young's literally ! for decades. Young's nuts were a staple Christmas gift.. This year I not only received cheese straws and nuts, I was introduced to the 5 o'clock snack mix -OH My Word! Amazing! And then my ex-husband sent me the 7th Heaven combination. Fabulous!!! Young's Pecans are "da bomb!" You won't go wrong no matter what you purchase!
