Ordered 10 units, 4 were packed too loosely and the lids came off, nuts were everywhere. Sent an email Thursday evening explaining the issue and 4 replacements were shipped Friday and arrived in time to pass out for Christmas. Nice Job!

Out of several orders a couple were not listed as being shipped. I asked why and it was just a missed communication or maybe a misunderstanding on my part. I sent an email questioning the issue and got an immediate response and my order had been shipped and received on time. Great job and response.
