Out of several orders a couple were not listed as being shipped. I asked why and it was just a missed communication or maybe a misunderstanding on my part. I sent an email questioning the issue and got an immediate response and my order had been shipped and received on time. Great job and response.

Did not see product before delivery but recipient was very pleased with it and shared a few pieces with her daughter which was a good sign. She said she placed remainder in sealed container to remain fresh and crisp.
